Terms & Conditions

By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

  1. The applicant confirms that all information and documents submitted are true, accurate, and complete. Any false information may result in rejection or cancellation of the application.
  2. Submission of this application does not guarantee approval of a Study Centre/Franchise. Approval is subject to document verification and fulfillment of the Board's eligibility criteria.
  3. The applicant agrees to comply with all rules, regulations, policies, and operational guidelines issued by the National Examination Board of Open Schooling and Skill Education (NEBOSSE) from time to time.
  4. The applicant shall not misuse the Board's name, logo, certificates, trademarks, or any official material without prior written authorization.
  5. The Study Centre shall maintain proper infrastructure, qualified staff, student records, and other facilities as prescribed by the Board.
  6. The Board reserves the right to inspect, verify, suspend, or terminate the Study Centre approval if any violation, misconduct, or fraudulent activity is found.
  7. The applicant shall not make any false promises, unauthorized advertisements, or misleading claims regarding the Board, its programs, recognition, employment, or placement.
  8. Any fees paid towards application processing or registration shall be governed by the Board's refund policy and may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified.
  9. The Board reserves the right to amend or modify its policies, fee structure, guidelines, and regulations at any time without prior notice.
  10. Any dispute arising from this application shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as decided by the Board.
