By submitting this application, the applicant agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. The student/applicant declares that all information provided in this admission form is true, complete, and correct. Any false or misleading information may lead to cancellation of admission.
2. Admission is provisional and subject to verification of all submitted documents and fulfillment of the eligibility criteria prescribed by the Board.
3. The student agrees to abide by all the rules, regulations, examination policies, and guidelines issued by the National Examination Board of Open Schooling and Skill Education (NEBOSSE) from time to time.
4. The student is responsible for submitting all required documents within the prescribed time. Incomplete applications may be rejected.
5. Admission fees and other applicable charges are subject to the Board's fee policy. Fees once paid shall be governed by the refund policy of the Board.
6. The Board reserves the right to reject, suspend, or cancel the admission if any discrepancy, forged document, or violation of Board rules is found.
7. The Board reserves the right to modify its rules, regulations, curriculum, examination system, fee structure, or policies without prior notice.
8. The student shall maintain discipline and uphold the dignity of the Board throughout the period of enrollment.
9. The Board shall not be responsible for any delay caused due to incorrect information, incomplete documentation, or failure to comply with Board requirements.
10. Any dispute arising out of admission or related matters shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by the Board.
11. By submitting this admission form, the student/applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
